The feeder, also known as the charging machine, refers to a machine that can uniformly, timely, and continuously deliver block or granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device during the production process.
It consists of a vibrating machine frame, springs, a vibrator, a motor vibration frame, and a motor. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts located at specific positions that mesh with gears. During assembly, the two gears must mesh according to the markings. Driven by the motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate, generating a large synthetic linear excitation force, causing the machine body to vibrate forcibly on the supporting springs. The materials are then propelled by this vibration, sliding and being thrown in the trough, thus moving forward to achieve the feeding purpose. When the materials pass through the screen bars on the trough, smaller materials can fall through the gaps in the screen bars, avoiding the subsequent crushing process, thus achieving a screening effect.
