The electric heating thermal oil furnace is a new type of special industrial furnace that is safe, efficient, energy-saving, and operates at low pressure (at atmospheric pressure or lower) while providing high-temperature thermal energy. It uses thermal oil as the heat carrier, circulating it through a thermal oil pump to transfer heat to the heating equipment. The electric heating thermal oil system is composed of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (if any), an on-site explosion-proof operation box, a thermal oil pump, an expansion tank, etc., combined into a skid. Users only need to connect the power supply, inlet and outlet pipelines of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use it.
For the electric heating oil furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in thermal oil. Using thermal oil as the medium and utilizing a circulation pump, it forces the thermal oil to undergo liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heating devices. After unloading from the heating devices, the thermal oil is returned to the heater through the circulation pump to absorb heat again, transferring it to the heating devices, and so on, achieving continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
