Dust Collection Equipment Purpose:
The main purposes of dust collectors are twofold: one is to remove dust from the air, improve the environment, and reduce pollution, so sometimes this type of dust collection equipment is also called dust removal equipment [1], such as dust collection equipment used for factory exhaust emissions; the other purpose is to screen and collect powdered products through dust collection equipment, such as the collection and extraction of finished cement in a cement system.
The bag-type dust collector uses a dust collection fan to drive dust-laden gas into the dust chamber inside the collector. The air becomes clean after passing through the filter bag and is discharged by the dust collection fan, while the dust is blocked and adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. Then, high-pressure gas is sprayed into the filter bag from the inside by the pulse valve to shake off the dust, which falls into the collection hopper, and is discharged through a lock air discharge device (there are two types of lock air devices: star-shaped discharge device and flap valve, the specific type used depends on the specific usage environment).
Operating Procedures
1) On-site Operation
Turn on the power switch QF, the power indicator light will turn on, switch the on-site remote switch to the on-site position (i.e., turn the switch fully to the left), press the fan start button, the fan will start running, observe whether the fan direction is correct, and once the fan direction is normal, it can be put into normal dust removal work. After a period of time, if dust cleaning and ash discharge are needed (if there is an air compressor, start the air compressor first before cleaning dust), press the "Dust Cleaning Start" button, the pulse valve will open for dust cleaning, and the screw conveyor and ash discharge valve will also work simultaneously. If you need to end the dust cleaning work, press the "Dust Cleaning Stop" button, and if you want to finally stop the dust removal work, just press the "Fan Stop" button.
2) Remote Control
Switch the on-site remote switch to the program control position (i.e., turn the switch fully to the right), the remote start unit short contact HJ will be sent, and the fan will run (if there is an air compressor, the air compressor will run simultaneously). As long as the fan direction is correct, it can be put into normal dust removal. At this time, timed dust cleaning control is implemented, that is, after the dust removal runs for a period of time (about 1 to 2 hours adjustable), the dust cleaning control will automatically start. After starting, the screw conveyor and ash discharge valve will work automatically (about 2 minutes adjustable). After working for a period of time, the dust cleaning will automatically stop, and then enter the next cycle of automatic dust removal, dust cleaning, and ash discharge until the remote stop unit short contact TJ is sent, and the unit stops.
